I bounced around dentists offices in LA for seven years until I finally found Dr. Casey. He has went above and beyond fir me a few times when emergency cavities surfaced. They work with you on payments and are all extremely professional in the office. I wouldn’t recommend any other dental office other than Mid Valley Dental Care, there’re GREAT!!

Dr. Lau and his staff are amazing. Best experience that I’ve had at a dentist office. His staff is very helpful and understanding to patients needs.

I have been going to Mid-Valley Dental, for over 20 years. Dr Terence Lau is an outstanding and very skilful professional who has truly mastered his field of practice. His office utilizes the Latest techniques and equipments, in the field of dentistry. My brother-in-law, is also a very skilful dentist, but I still opt to go to Dr Lau! I am over 60 and I have all my 32 beautiful teeth and I owe it, all to him. Little while ago, I had to go in for a visit. Needless to say even though, I have 100% faith in the doctor, I was still very hesitant, to go to a dental office, given how contagious Covid-19 is. My fears were very quickly put to rest, when I saw how meticulously the staff were screening the patient’s entrance and were following the CDC guidelines. I was also, very impressed and pleased with the state of the art equipments especially designed, to combat the Coronavirus pandemic. One device that really impressed me (I am an engineer) was this apparatus on wheels that has a small hood that gets placed over patients face and with suction removes a high volume of droplets & aerosols produced during the patient treatment, and pushes this air through layers of HEPA filters (and I believe some active filters, such as UV light), before releasing it back to the treatment area. See attached photo of Dr. Lau, next to this device, with his personal proactive gear. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend going to the Mid-Valley Dental care and visiting this great doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Lau for over a year for my dental issues. I have many, and he has always been so careful and thorough when it comes to working on my teeth without making me feel badly about them. I've always felt taken care of during every visit, and he takes the time to explain more about the procedures needed, what's possible, what's recommended, etc. It's been a long time since I've been able to trust dentists after my previous experiences with unnecessary or botched work, but Dr. Lau is the only dentist who has been able to help me manage my tooth pain effectively for the long term. He is professional and courteous, but also pleasant to talk to. Like most dental work, it is expensive without insurance, but billing has been flexible and patient. The results are worth it, though. There is a discount membership available through Aetna that Midvalley accepts as long as you designate Dr. Lau as your dentist (call ahead of time of course). The facility is always clean and smells nice, technicians and assistants are considerate and comforting, and the staff members are always pleasant and patient. I can't recommend them enough!

Wonderful clinic, staff and dentist are so nice and great bedside manner. Love the technology and the dentalVibe makes in sections less painful the first time. Makes fillings better to cope, feel happy when everyone is nice. Good place for dental care.
